At 1NAME, we believe culture is either created by default or shaped by design. Instead of allowing emotions, upbringing, or societal norms to define who we are, we choose to intentionally and consistently build the kind of culture we want to experience and share with others.
The Culture Guide and Culture Class serve as a guide to the language, values, and culture of 1NAME. They are designed to help us stay aligned in how we think, communicate, and grow together.
